- 2Steps to reproduce, if you can. Even a rough "join, do X, wait a minute" beats nothing.
- 3Your Rook version — run
/rook dumpin console and paste what it prints. - 4Minecraft and server software version (Paper/Purpur build).
- 5If it's a false positive: the player's name and roughly when it happened — that's enough for us to pull the evidence trail on our end.
Reporting a false positive right now? If a player is currently banned or kicked because of it, check the dashboard or
/rook evidence <player> first — every punishment carries an appeal code and a full evidence trail, and staff can often reverse it immediately without waiting on us.
